Abstract

The author writes about the results of the research, which were performed by the new rope fatigue-testing machine. This machine is able to fatigue with stochastic loading. The article informs the process of the number of the wiresplices, coefficient of friction, of Seal- and whole-steel-ropes in function of the angle of contact, of the groove-pressure and of the driving discs material.
